it is registered in December, 2003.

The basic kinds of activity directed on rendering of all-round aid to children and youth:
- rendering psychological, material and informative, legal
aid;
- the help to the Center of Rehabilitation and social
protection of children of group of risk "Пламъче";
- assistance in integration of children and youth with
special needs in a society;
- the help in a care and treatment for children and youth
with special needs (invalids);
- participation in movement for the world friendship and
cooperation and a non-polluting inhabitancy;

The activity the organization
is based on the legislation of Republic Moldova.
During the activity, the organization assisted also assistance
to the Center of Rehabilitation and social protection of children
of group of risk "Пламъче" ((bg.) пламъче – fire)
the cities of Taraсlia, region Taraclia of Republic Moldova.
Into the organization enter
more than 30 persons and their quantity constantly grows. There
work doctors, lawyers, teachers, students, programmers , etc.
in ПРИМА.
The organization works in close cooperation with management
of public health services, education, social security, police,
and administration of area Taraclia.
