The main idea of the Center -
to render the qualified help and support to children of
group of risk for all-round, harmonious development of
the person, integration into a society. The center can
assist these children work in close cooperation with the
public, management of education, management of public
health services, management of social security, police,
parents, sponsors.

The organization of work of the Center:
Children and young men from 4 till 18 years are accepted
The center serves up to 40 clients in a day, living
in the city of Taraclia
The center works in the working days from 8-00 to 19-00
Clients of normal intelligence, but with physical infirmity, since
morning go to school the general education, and after lessons
accept various therapy in the center
The meal in the center free-of-charge for clients
Clients use the center of 6 months
At absence of positive changes for the benefit of children's well-being,
time of stay in the center can be continued till 6 months
In the Center three departments operate:
1.The social department - carries out social rehabilitation
and renders the following services:
A free-of-charge meal;
Material aid;
Legal aid;
Work with the public and consultation of parents;
Care, integration into a society;
Entertaining actions and leisure;
2. The pedagogical department - carries out pedagogical
rehabilitation and renders the following services:
Preparation of the domestic task;
The logopedic help;
The psychological help;
Physical training;
Musical education;
Labour education;
Preparation for independent life, culture of dialogue;
3. The medical department - carries out medical rehabilitation
and renders the following services:
Massage;
Physiotherapy exercises;
Vitamintherapy;
Immunotherapy;
Phytotherapy;
Physiotherapy;
Training to hygienic skills;
From the beginning of its function services are rendered by
more than 120 children.
